What you are buying

Access to AI-generated market research: quantitative strategy output, an analyst committee's assessment, probabilities, levels and cited evidence. You are buying access to a research tool, not advice, not a managed service, and not any particular result.

Nothing here is personalised to you. No suitability or appropriateness assessment is carried out. Every decision you make with this output is yours, and so is the outcome. See Legal & risk.

Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically at the end of each period — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — until cancelled.
• Prices are shown at checkout, in euro, inclusive of applicable tax where required. The price you see is the price charged.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
• A trial that ends without a subscription does not lock you out. The account moves to the free tier and keeps working.
• Price changes are notified before they take effect, and you can cancel instead of accepting one.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. This service is digital content supplied immediately, so by starting your subscription you ask for immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access has been provided in full.

That is the position, not a refusal to be reasonable: if something is broken, was mis-sold, or you were charged in error, contact us and it will be put right.

Acceptable use

• One account per person. Do not share credentials.
• Do not redistribute, resell, republish or systematically extract signal output. It is licensed to you for your own use.
• Do not scrape, automate against, overload or attempt to circumvent access controls or rate limits.
• Do not present this output as your own regulated advice to anyone else.

Accounts in serious or repeated breach can be suspended or terminated.

Availability

The service depends on third-party market data and can be interrupted by outages, rate limits or maintenance. It is provided as-is, without a warranty of uninterrupted availability or of accuracy. When a data source fails, the platform reports the gap rather than substituting invented values.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and nothing here removes the statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Changes

These terms can change. Material changes are notified in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards is how they are accepted. If you would rather not, cancel.
